Service Description. This Site describes Eyelash Extensions, Hair Extensions, Haircuts, Hair Highlights, Balayage provided by Styled by Sammyday. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://styledbysammyday.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Styled by Sammyday or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. Styled by Sammyday reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
